We are looking for an experienced Residential Electrical Installer to join our team. In this role, you will perform residential electrical installations safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable codes and standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on residential electrical experience, takes pride in their workmanship, and is committed to providing an excellent customer experience on evgery job.
What You Will Do:
- Perform residential electrical installations, including wiring, circuits, panels, lighting, outlets, switches, and electrical equipment
- Install electrical systems for remodels, upgrades, additions, and new residential projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications
- Install, replace, and upgrade electrical panels, breakers, service equipment, and associated components
- Ensure all installations meet local and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements
- Test and verify proper operation of newly installed electrical systems and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout each installation
- Communicate project progress, timelines, and installation details professionally with homeowners and team members
- Maintain accurate job documentation and installation records
- Keep company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked with tools and materials
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism in customers’ homes
What You Will Bring:
- 1 years of experience in residential electrical installation
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical installation practices, wiring methods, and electrical codes
- Experience installing electrical panels, circuits, lighting, outlets, switches, and residential electrical systems
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation plans
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver tools, equipment, and materials as needed
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude
- Experience using tablets or mobile field service software is a plus
- Successfully complete our screening process, including assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
