Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Roll Threading Operator role located in Bristol, CT. The Roll Threading Operator will be responsible for operating threading machinery to produce precision threads on fasteners according to detailed specifications. Key responsibilities include setting up and adjusting machines, conducting quality checks using established measuring tools, maintaining adherence to manufacturing standards, and ensuring that production targets are met. The role involves working in coordination with the production team to support efficient workflow while following safety and quality protocols.
Qualifications
- 2 Years Minumum of Mfg. experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing is a plus.
- Technical skills in machine setup, operation, and adjustments, especially related to threading machinery.
- Experience with quality control practices, including using micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, and other inspection tools.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards in fastener production.
- High school diploma or GED is required; additional technical training or certifications are an advantage.
