Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Inpatient NICU
Location: Boston, MA
Rate: Up to $2500.00 Gross Weekly benefits available from day 1
Shift: 36-Hour Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | Every other weekend | Every other holiday
Contract: 13-Week Contract
Requirements:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required
- NICU experience required
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience in a Level 1 trauma facility
- Recent critical care experience in NICU and PICU
- Familiar with lung protective ventilation
Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory care in NICU and PICU setting
- Manage ventilated neonatal and pediatric patients
- Support airway and respiratory therapy interventions
- Monitor respiratory status and respond to changes
- Assist with lung protective ventilation strategies
- Document patient care
