voice ai developer with 2 years' experience working on Retell ai platform having implemented voice agents in production in a contact center environment. Should also have agentic ai experience. Experience integrating retell with VOIP call center technologies like Vonage, Twilio is needed. 2 to 3 years’ experience working on AWS platform, integration experience with AWS services such as API gateway, webservices, lambda, python, cdk, eventbridge, bedrock is required. Database experience with Aurora MySQL desired. Must be a critical thinker and have a go getter attitude.
