Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Product Owner (TPO) with deep expertise in Cloud Infrastructure to join our Infrastructure Delivery Engineering team. This role will be instrumental in driving cloud transformation initiatives, managing infrastructure product delivery, and aligning technical execution with business strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong technical acumen in Cloud services (preferably AWS), infrastructure automation, and Agile product ownership. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Influence AWS Infrastructure Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize backlog items related to cloud provisioning, automation, security, and operations as they pertain to the over all Cloud migration programs.
Translate Business Needs into Technical Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to help gather requirements and convert them into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
Lead Agile Delivery: Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups for Cloud teams focused on AWS cloud initiatives.
Drive Cloud Adoption and Optimization: Champion best practices in cloud architecture, cost management, and operational excellence.
Ensure Security and Compliance: Partner with InfoSec to implement and maintain security controls, IAM policies, and compliance frameworks.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with architects, developers, QA, and operations to ensure seamless delivery and integration of cloud infrastructure components.
Monitor and Report on KPIs: Track performance, reliability, and cost metrics for AWS infrastructure and report progress to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
8 years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Program Manager in cloud infrastructure environments.
Experience in AWS Cloud services.
Strong understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) preferably utilizing Terraform
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud monitoring and observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).
Experience with hybrid cloud environments and cloud migration strategies.
Knowledge of container orchestration (EKS, ECS) and serverless architectures.
Familiarity with cloud cost optimization tools (e.g., AWS Cost Explorer, CloudHealth).
