Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced QA Test Lead with strong hands-on experience in manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading QA activities, coordinating with business stakeholders, and driving an offshore testing team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Domain Knowledge:

• Experience in the Oil & Gas domain, particularly in upstream operations, is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across the project.
• Perform hands-on manual and automation testing as needed.
• Coordinate with business teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and test expectations.
• Drive and mentor the offshore QA team, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks as per client requirements.
• Conduct POCs (Proof of Concepts) for automation tools and frameworks.
• Work with GitHub for source control and set up GitHub Actions for test automation execution.
• Review test plans, test cases, automation scripts, and execution results.
• Identify risks, issues, and gaps early and proactively suggest solutions.
• Ensure QA best practices, standards, and processes are followed.

Must Have:

• Strong experience in manual and automation testing.
• Good understanding of testing methodologies, test planning, and defect management.
• Hands-on experience in test automation framework development.
• Ability to configure and manage CI/CD pipelines for test automation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working with offshore/onshore teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and adaptable.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of SQL for database validation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to API testing.
• Experience in test estimation and planning.
