Our direct, F100 client headquartered near Cleveland, OH is looking to hire a REMOTE IT Project Management Analyst Lead for a 12-month, extendable contract position. They're looking for someone to support M&A integration efforts by working with the Integration Management Office (IMO) and cross-functional teams. This role focuses on organizing work, tracking progress, and helping develop integration of playbooks and materials. Candidates can work remotely within the US, but must be able to follow an ET schedule.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Support coordination across integration workstreams
- Help develop and update playbooks, templates, and plans
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
- Maintain project trackers, reports, and documentation
- Support meeting preparation, notes, and follow-ups
- Summarize information into clear updates for stakeholders

Essential Skills:
- Basic project management knowledge
