Job Description:
Cut and assemble lumber pieces to build trusses used in building construction. Stack and bind finished trusses in preparation for delivery to the job site.
Position Requirements:
- Work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to use a variety of tools (e.g. staple gun, hammer, tape measure, etc.)
- Able to follow and complete verbal/written instructions
- Able to lift approximately 50-100 lbs throughout shift
- Willing to follow safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment (i.e. safety glasses, gloves)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Be punctual and reliable; willing to work overtime hours as needed
- Attention to detail, adaptable, and team-oriented
Experience Requirements:
- Prior truss or carpentry experience preferred, but willing to train those with no experience
- Forklift certification is also a plus
Work Schedule:
5:00 am – 1:30 pm*
* Includes a 30-minute paid morning break and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Starting December 1, 2025 the work schedule with move to 6:00 am - 2:30 pm.
Hourly Wage:
Depends on experience

- We participate in the E-verify program. All hired employees will be required to have their government issued documents verified to continue work.
