Operations Administrative Assistant
As an Operations Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Operations team with a focus on Human Resources and Production functions. To be successful in this role, a candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Support the HR Representative and Plant Management with various administrative tasks related to:
- Associate engagement and recognition events
- Support company involvement in local community events
- Communication both verbal and written forms and at all levels
- Order supplies, conduct inventory, prepare reports, coordinate travel arrangements and other requests
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls
- Coordinate employee events which include wellness initiative, picnics, cookouts, holiday parties, retirement celebrations, business update meetings, and seasonal programs.
