- Review and prepare financial reports periodically as well as for month and year end
- Assist in weekly productivity calculations
- Calculate rates, invoice, and reconcile scrap metal
- Audit and maintain internal processes
- Research and resolve discrepancies by working closely with associates from other PSI locations and departments
- Assist in special projects as time allows
- Aspire to continually learn new skills and tasks
- Commit to excelling in this position for future growth and advancement
- Focus on attention to detail and accuracy
- Challenge the status quo on processes to ensure continuous process improvement
- Have excellent computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel
- Have prior accounting or office work experience with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Are willing to work 40 – 45 hours per week Monday through Friday
