Summary
We are looking for an Inventory / Asset Manager to join our team! This role is responsible for managing and reporting on all CSU inventory and assets, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
Maintain comprehensive records of CSU assets and inventory
Track and monitor telecom and IT equipment throughout its lifecycle
Conduct periodic audits to ensure asset data accuracy and compliance
Generate reports detailing asset status, usage, and availability
Coordinate with internal teams to support asset allocation and return
Implement process improvements for inventory control and tracking
Maintain asset management systems and databases
Ensure adherence to asset management policies and procedures
Requirements
5 years of experience in inventory or asset management is required
Familiarity with Telecom Asset Management practices
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Proficiency in using asset management software or databases
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
Education/Certification Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position
Preferred Requirements
Experience specifically in a Telecom Asset Management role
Clearance Requirements
- Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an active Top Secret clearance is required.
