Graphic Designer – Small Sign Shop

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team at Precision Signs. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a creative individual to develop their skills in a hands-on production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create and prepare artwork for a variety of sign types, including banners, decals, and vehicle wraps
• Set up files accurately for printing, cutting, and fabrication
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure design accuracy and quality
• Assist with general shop tasks as needed
• Greet customers and answer phones

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator
• Strong attention to detail and design layout skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques and processes
• No prior sign industry experience required

Compensation:
$16–$20 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
