Precision Signs is looking for a highly-skilled Project Coordinator to join our team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with project managers, estimating teams, engineers, and stakeholders to support the planning and execution of projects while ensuring they stay on track and within budget.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and support projects by collaborating with teams to manage budgeting, scheduling, accounting, engineering, production, and installation
• Coordinate and communicate with project teams, clients, stakeholders, and vendors
• Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, project status reports, and change orders
• Track budgets and costs, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
• Suggest process improvements to optimize workflow, increase efficiency, and reduce risk in project execution

What You Bring

• Experience in project coordination or a similar role (experience in signs, construction, or manufacturing is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Asana, or similar)
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, floor plans, and fabrication drawings to verify specifications, measurements, and assembly details
• Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, or similar) are a plus
• A valid NYS driver’s license with a clean record
