Position: Bowline Assembler

POSITON SUMMARY:

The Bowline Assembler is responsible for assembling bowlines and related string components for archery equipment in accordance with company specifications and quality standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work with hand tools, and measuring instruments to ensure each product meets performance, durability, and safety requirements.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required.

2. Must have a current Arizona driver’s license and no felony convictions.

3. Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams, and quality guidelines.

4. Ability to use hand tools

5. Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related hands-on work preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Document work completed, quality checks, and production counts.

2. Perform inspections on materials and completed assemblies for defects, accuracy, and quality.

3. Operate hand tools.

4. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

5. Commitment to product safety and quality assurance.

6. Support continuous improvement efforts in assembly processes.

7. Strong teamwork and communication skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more

2. Ability to stand for extended periods.

3. Frequent use of hands and fingers for fine motor assembly tasks.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

1. Exposure to adhesives, and grease

2. Protective gear such as back supports, safety glasses, ear protection, and gloves.

3. Precision and accuracy in repetitive tasks.

COMPENSATION:

· Minimum Wage $15.45
