Warehouse Worker

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, inventory control, and safe forklift operation. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Pay range: $18 - $22 an hour.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving

· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.

· Unload and load trucks safely and efficiently.

· Prepare and process outbound shipments, including labeling and documentation.

· Coordinate with carriers and shipping vendors to ensure timely deliveries.

· Report damaged or missing inventory to management.

Order Fulfillment

· Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and on time.

· Verify product quantities and specifications before shipment.

· Maintain accuracy while meeting productivity goals.

· Ensure orders are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Inventory Management

· Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.

· Accurately record inventory transactions and maintain inventory accuracy.

· Organize warehouse stock and storage locations.

· Assist with inventory replenishment and stock rotation.

Forklift Operation

· Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.

· Move materials throughout the warehouse and loading areas.

· Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.

· Adhere to all OSHA and company safety procedures.

General Warehouse Duties

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

· Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

· Assist with warehouse projects and other duties as assigned.

· Collaborate with team members to support operational goals.

Qualifications

· Experience with shipping and receiving processes.

· Experience with order picking, packing, and fulfillment.

· Forklift experience.

· Working knowledge of inventory control practices.

· Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse management systems.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.

· Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

· Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with overtime as needed
Work Location: On-site Warehouse Facility

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
