Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Manager based in Huntsville, AL. This position is a critical client-facing role responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of complex construction and relocation logistics projects for major multisite clients (often in the corporate, retail, or critical infrastructure sectors).

The Senior Project Manager will act as the primary client liaison, responsible for:

• Strategic Project Initiation: Collaborating directly with the client to develop, define, and secure approval for project scope, detailed budgets, and multi-phase schedules.
• Project Execution: Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project execution, including planning, logistics, inspections, vendor management, and final delivery/closeout.
• Client Communication: Maintaining clear, polished, and proactive communication with clients and stakeholders (including JLL teams) to ensure high satisfaction, project success, and alignment with client operational needs.
• Operational Excellence: Managing project timelines, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, expediting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional internal and external teams to achieve project goals under pressure.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Strategic Project & Technical Expertise

• 7 years of progressive project or construction management experience, with a focus on commercial or corporate multisite projects.
• Demonstrated experience in developing scope definition, detailed cost estimates/budgets, and complex phasing schedules for client approval.
• 5 years experience managing technical infrastructure projects related to MEPSF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire/Life Safety) systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry, terminology, codes, documentation, and design disciplines.
• Ability to understand the system architecture of HVAC and Renewable Systems in order to accurately identify project requirements (structural, electrical, mechanical).
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore and Clarizen (or similar enterprise-level systems) and strong command of Google Suite.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including polished presentation skills required for client and executive stakeholder interactions.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams and engage effectively with high-level stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated project management skills and leadership to manage complex projects under pressure and meet strict schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• On-site client-facing position requiring the ability to work consistently from the office or site location in the Huntsville, AL area.
• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service and a diplomatic, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills—detail-oriented and thorough.

Education & Certifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline, or a combination of relevant education, training, and experience deemed equivalent.
• Preferred Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is strongly preferred.
• Asset Certifications: Certification in PE, AIA, LEED, or CMAA considered a significant asset.
