This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Scheduler located in Sacramento, CA. The Construction Scheduler will develop project schedules using industry-standard tools like Oracle Primavera P6, monitor project progress, and provide updates and analysis to stakeholders. Responsibilities include conducting schedule quality audits, resource and cost-loading schedules, providing insights into project delays, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and milestones.

Qualifications
- Experience in CPM Scheduling, baseline and update schedule development, and resource and cost loading
- Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Oracle Primavera P6 and other related software
- Skill in schedule quality audits, critical path analysis, and project controls
- Ability to analyze delay and disruption claims and provide forensic schedule analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in construction management and contractor performance monitoring is an asset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with diverse project stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Current working knowledge of federal and commercial construction standards is beneficial
