Med Sol prescreens and manager will interview
need 2 sup refs from modality submitting to (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked
***PRIOR TO SIGNING THE CONTRACT, THE DYS EXAM THROUGH UNA IS REQUIRED AND MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 24-48 HRS. IT’S PASS OR FAIL AND THEY GET 2 ATTEMPTS (TEST A SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FIRST, TEST B SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FOR THE RETAKE). A SCREENSHOT SHOWING THE NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS IS REQUIRED. **We can accept the Relias Dys exam within the last 12mo if the traveler has previously taken**

Call Required: one night per week and up to every other weekend
- Unit: Cath Lab **SCRUB EXPERIENCE is HIGHLY Preferred**
- Radiation badge is required - supplied by agency
- # of Rooms: 3
- Certs & Licensure: BLS, ACLS
- EMR: Cerner, Merge Hemodynamics for Cath Lab documentation
- Techs: Yes. Can either be CV Techs or Rad Techs with Cath lab experience
- Weekend & Holiday Requirement: Up to every other weekend
- Scrubs: Provided
- Hospitalist or Intensivist in house: Intensivist
- IV Team: Yes
- RT 24/7: Yes
- Pharmacy 24/7: Yes
- Shifts: 3, 12 hour shifts
- Floor specific orientation: 2 shifts
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath (high acuity). TAVR and Mitraclip procedures. Some peripheral vascular. Chest Pain center accredited. STEMI tertiary referral center.
