Postion Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Estimation Specialist to join our team. This role is vital in expanding our business footprint through proactive sales strategies, client relationship management, and accurate project estimation. This position is best suited for someone with a strong general construction background, who can evaluate homes identify issues, build accurate scopes of work, and communicate professionally with homeowners. Estimating includes roofs, siding, chimney work, decks, window, door replacements, and exterior renovation projects. This is a full-time hourly position with year-round work and opportunity for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site inspections for exterior renovation projects
Evaluate scope for siding replacement windows and doors decks and tie in work
Create accurate estimates based on general construction principles
Prepare project notes measurements and material lists
Identify code requirements and exterior system best practices
Sales and Customer Communication
Meet with homeowners and explain project scope
Build trust by demonstrating construction knowledge
Communicate timelines materials and process
Follow up with leads to convert estimates into sold projects
Coordination and Documentation
Work with production teams to ensure accurate job handoff
Take photos and maintain job documentation
Assist with material ordering
Required Experience
Strong general construction background
Knowledge of rot repair sheathing soffits fascia flashing and structural layout
Experience with siding windows doors decking and exterior renovation
String construction knowledge
Ability to climb ladders, access roofs Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid drivers license
Organized dependable and able to manage a daily lead
