Role Description
We're hiring a Mitigation Technician to support our growing team. We handle water, fire, and microbial growth losses, and we cross train every technician across all three so you build a complete, well rounded skillset.
This is a hands on role focused on emergency response, stabilization, and preventing further damage. You’ll be part of the team that shows up first and gets control of the situation.
Key responsibilities include performing mitigation services across water, fire, and microbial growth, setting containment, placing and monitoring drying equipment, removing affected materials as needed, and completing detailed cleaning. A major part of this role is proper documentation. You will be responsible for capturing clear job photos, moisture readings, and detailed notes to support insurance requirements and internal job tracking.
We are looking for someone who shows up, takes ownership, and pays attention to detail. Time management is critical, and being a solid teammate is non negotiable. You need to be willing to learn, follow direction, and operate in a fast paced environment.
We are open to inexperienced candidates with the right attitude and work ethic. If you’re coachable and willing to put in the work, we’ll train you.
We offer competitive pay, put our employees first, and provide a clear path to turn this into a long term career. This industry has consistent demand, giving you stable, year round work.
If you want to build something real with a team that expects performance and rewards it, apply today.
