- Day Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Night Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Test Technician to join our quality and production team. In this critical role, you will ensure the reliability and performance of our electronic systems by performing electrical and RF testing. What You’ll Do
- Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using both manual and automated test equipment.
- Follow Process/Work Instructions and test plans to verify that all products meet stringent quality standards.
- Utilize various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Document accurate data records in test databases, generate detailed reports, and actively assist in improving test procedures.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve throughput and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong focus on precision and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics.
- Working knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures and test equipment.
- Familiarity with RF (Radio Frequency) testing is highly desirable.
