We are seeking a highly skilled and independent Electrical Control Panel Technician to join our team. If you are a detail-oriented expert who takes pride in producing high-quality, reliable work, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Execute high-precision, point-to-point analog wiring for control panels, instrumentation racks, and sensitive electronic systems based on detailed schematics.Perform expert-level wire crimping, soldering, routing, and dressing to minimize noise, crosstalk, and signal degradation.Apply meticulous wire labeling and system identification following strict documentation standards.Conduct continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, and basic functional verification of wired assemblies.Install and wire analog components such as sensors, transducers, amplifiers, signal conditioners, and terminal blocks.Work with a variety of wire types and shielding techniques appropriate for analog signal integrity.Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work environment.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in precision analog wiring and assembly for control panels, test equipment, or sensitive electronic systems. (10 years is the ideal target).Must be a self-starter capable of working with minimal to no supervision. This is not a training position.Expert ability to read, interpret, and execute work from complex electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.Proven skill in soldering (through-hole and possibly basic SMD), crimping (including coaxial and shielded connectors), and using hand tools with exceptional dexterity.Strong understanding of analog wiring best practices, grounding schemes, and shielding for noise reduction.Keen attention to detail, patience, and a commitment to producing error-free, high-reliability work.Ideal Candidate Will Have:Experience in aerospace, defense, medical device, or laboratory instrumentation manufacturing.Familiarity with MIL-SPEC or other high-reliability wiring standards (e.g., IPC-A-620, NASA-STD-8739.x).Experience with wire harnessing and cable assembly.Basic ability to use a multimeter and oscilloscope for signal verification.Company DescriptionPrecision Resources Co., Inc.
