Precision Renovations LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our remodeling crew. We work on a wide variety of residential remodeling and construction projects throughout the River Valley, including bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, drywall, painting, decks, framing, demolition, and full-home renovations.

We are looking for someone who shows up, works hard, takes pride in their work, and wants to learn and improve.

What We Expect

Reliability is non-negotiable. If work starts at 8:00 AM, you are expected to be there and ready to work at 8:00 AM — not pulling into the parking lot at 8:00.

Our employees are expected to:

• Show up on time every scheduled workday
• Come to work ready to work and maintain a good work pace throughout the day
• Follow instructions the first time and ask questions when something isn't understood
• Take initiative instead of constantly waiting to be told what to do next
• Communicate problems, mistakes, delays, or material needs before they become bigger problems

• Keep jobsites clean and organized throughout the day
• Clean and organize company trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment

• Help the entire crew complete projects efficiently and on schedule

Job Duties

Depending on experience, duties may include:

• Demolition and debris removal
• Jobsite preparation and protection
• Loading/unloading materials
• Framing and basic carpentry
• Drywall installation and repair
• Painting and preparation
• Flooring installation
• Trim and finish work
• Deck and exterior construction
• Assisting with tile installation
• Assisting experienced crew members with plumbing and other remodeling tasks
• Using hand and power tools
• Material handling
• Daily jobsite cleanup
• Cleaning and organizing trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment

You do not need to know how to do everything listed above. We are willing to train the right person.

What We're Looking For

Construction/remodeling experience is preferred, but dependability, work ethic, attitude, and willingness to learn are extremely important to us.

The ideal candidate is someone who can be given a task, complete it correctly, and then look for the next thing that needs to be done.

You should be comfortable working in an environment where quality and productivity both matter. We do not expect employees to rush and produce poor work, but we do expect a reasonable amount of work to be completed during the workday.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
