What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finish Winder- 3rd shift position at Precision Products Group?
Job Duties-
- Communicates with Plant Supervisor to receive daily production priorities and objectives, and report to production, product quality, and safety issues
- Carries out work assignments in compliance with Company systems , policies, and procedures
- Uses time efficiently and stays productive during work hours
- Uses time to effectively clean work area and maintain cleanliness for those around you
- Demonstrates teamwork by being punctual, working efficiently, communicating appropriately, and use the computer and other equipment as designed
- Contributes to team effort by completing assigned work efficiently and to expected quality level
- Reports production issues to Plant Supervisor, Production Manager or Quality Manager based on the issue found
- Will complete all other duties as assigned
Communications
- Listens to-and demonstrates respect for other employees in communications and work practices
- Reports employee issues to Production Manager
