What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead HVAC Installer position at Precision Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric?
Precision Plumbing and Heating specializes in Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air and has been in business for over 40 years. We are looking to bring on several installers into our HVAC department. We are looking for full-time members to be on our team. Paid training included. We provide paid and/or reimbursement programs for licensing and schooling. Full time year round work. This is a professional business. Hourly compensation with bonus incentive included.
Will be dispatched directly from your home & work vehicle included.
The primary duties of an HVAC Lead Installer are to perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems. Working in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system after the service has been performed.
