Precision Plumbing is hiring a residential service plumber on the Eastern Shore. You get set pay on every job, plus 10% of everything you sell on top of it. No cap.
How the pay works — flat rate commission
- Flat rate: $35 per book hour on the work you do
- Commission: 10% of your sales, no cap
- Weekly minimum of $800 while you get up to speed in training
- Top techs clear six figures
The work
- Residential service and repair calls, all day
- Find the problem, explain it plain, write up the options
- Water heaters, drains, fixtures, repipes
- Leave the house cleaner than you found it
What we need from you
- 1 year in residential service, or a Virginia journeyman card
- Clean driving record
- Willing to price the job and ask for the sale
- Show up on time and answer your phone
