Primary Job Function: To provide quality installation on a wide variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards while providing the customer with a high quality experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- 10 years Residential HVAC installation experience
- Demonstrate willingness to invest time into training others.
- Able to work from 12' step ladder as necessary
- Comfortable with troubleshooting and repair of forced air furnaces and a/c units, mini split systems and boilers.
- Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance.
- Able to demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, idea's and explanations of problems to residential and commercial customers and coworkers
- Comfortable utilizing technology
- Desire to offer exceptional customer care
- Desire to educate customers about the value and options the company can offer them.
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
- Competent at installing forced air furnaces, air conditioning condensors and mini-split units in a residential setting is a must.
- Understanding of residential boiler installation is a plus but not required
- Up to date on current installation codes
- Comfortable programming wifi thermostats
- Willing to train others to a high standard of installation practices

Responsibilities include reporting issues with installations, tools, or vehicles, and working well with customers and co-workers. Jobs should be completed independently from start to finish, while maintaining professionalism in appearance and attitude. The role also requires presenting innovative solutions, completing tasks within labor budgets, and handling processes such as job packets and data entry. Additional tasks include training less experienced team members on best practices, attaining and maintaining NATE certification, and fulfilling other assigned duties.
Pay Scale: $70,000 - $100,000 Annual - Based on experience, certifications and licenses

Year-round full time work Monday - Friday some overtime as needed
