Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Scotts Valley, CA. We welcome new graduates and experienced practitioners alike because attitude and willingness to learn matter more to us than years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient physical therapy treatment under the supervision of a licensed DPT
- Implement individualized treatment plans focused on movement science and manual therapy
- Collaborate with a team of DPTs in an open, collegial treatment environment
- Educate patients on their conditions and home exercise programs
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
Qualifications / Requirements
- Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred but not required
