Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness is hiring motivated Physical Therapy Aides that can work a required minimum of 3, 4 hour shifts per week (12 hour per week minimum, this is an entry level non-exempt position). Professional individuals that can maintain patient confidentiality while delivering high quality patient care are encouraged to apply. Tasks include:Teaching and guiding patients through exercises in a 1:1 settingCollaborating with and learning from two Doctors of Physical Therapy per shift on effective treatment strategy for each patientCleaning and minor maintenance of clinic facilitiesAssisting with administrative tasks in order to ensure efficient billing and an excellent client experienceOngoing competency testing and 1:1 client coaching technique training with a Doctor of Physical TherapyClient schedulingTo be successful as an Aide at Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness you must be a dedicated individual who has a positive attitude and shows initiative. Candidates must have completed anatomy or physiology coursework in order to be considered.
