Duties

- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
- Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment setting using productivity software and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and update records accurately using computer literacy skills
- Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, document proofreading, and filing
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Support administrative functions such as proofing documents, managing emails, and coordinating meetings
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Technical proficiency with office equipment including multi-line phone systems and data entry tools
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Experience in front desk or administrative roles such as medical or dental receptionist is highly desirable
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy; familiarity with clerical tasks like filing and proofreading
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining productivity software competence
