Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of lawn care technicians
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all team members
- Conduct quality inspections of completed work to guarantee customer satisfaction and adherence to specifications
- Provide training and mentorship to crew members on equipment operation, and safety procedures
- Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring proper use and regular upkeep for optimal performance
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and coordinate with clients or management
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment as needed
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to landscaping tools and equipment
- Valid Driver Licenses and clean driving record
- Must be able to pull a trailer
