About the Operations Coordinator role:
The Operations Coordinator supports organizational efficiency and growth by executing operational projects, coordinating cross‑clinic processes, and providing high‑level administrative and project support to the SVP of Operations and the broader operations leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑site healthcare environment and enjoys keeping complex initiatives organized, moving, and on track.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Project Execution — Carry out operational initiatives under the direction of the SVP of Operations, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Process Implementation — Coordinate rollout of operational workflows, standards, and procedures across clinic locations.
Project Tracking — Maintain timelines, deliverables, and follow‑up items to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Policy & Documentation Management — Update and organize operational policies, procedures, forms, and documentation.
Clinic Openings & Transitions — Assist with new clinic launches, relocations, and facility transitions.
Provider Onboarding — Support operational readiness activities for new providers joining the organization.
Meeting Coordination — Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure follow‑through.
Operational Communications — Assist with drafting communications, training materials, and operational updates.
Cross‑Functional Support — Partner with clinic leaders and support departments to resolve day‑to‑day operational issues.
Logistics Coordination — Manage logistics for operational initiatives, including equipment, supplies, and scheduling.
Project File Management — Maintain project templates, records, and operational documentation systems.
Leadership Support — Provide administrative and project support to the SVP of Operations and operations leadership team.
Special Projects — Perform additional operational duties and assist with special initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
At least 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations or multi‑site support preferred
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent communication and follow‑through
Experience in healthcare operations or multi‑site support preferred
Proficiency with project tracking tools and documentation system
