Job Overview
Precision Operations Group LLC is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Commercial Deep Cleaning Technicians to support a specialized two-day commercial deep-cleaning project.
In this role, you will work alongside the POG operations team to perform detailed cleaning, dust removal, surface care, vacuuming, sanitation, and general facility upkeep. The project requires technicians who take pride in their work, follow instructions, and understand that professional commercial cleaning requires attention to areas that are often overlooked during routine cleaning.
This is a temporary/project-based opportunity with the potential to be considered for future Precision Operations Group projects and recurring assignments based on performance, reliability, and business needs.
Duties
- Perform detailed deep cleaning and dust removal throughout a large commercial facility.
- Dust and clean playground structures, netting, railings, ledges, platforms, equipment, and other accessible surfaces.
- Use commercial vacuums, microfiber tools, dusters, and other cleaning equipment to remove accumulated dust and debris.
- Vacuum and detail flooring, mats, corners, edges, and hard-to-reach areas.
- Wipe, clean, and detail plastic, metal, and other facility surfaces.
- Perform restroom cleaning and sanitation, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, fixtures, and surrounding surfaces.
- Remove trash and properly dispose of waste generated throughout the cleaning process.
- Spot-clean walls, doors, baseboards, fixtures, and other surfaces as necessary.
- Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to product instructions and company procedures.
- Identify and report maintenance concerns such as leaks, damaged equipment, excessive wear, or other facility issues discovered during cleaning.
- Maintain organized cleaning equipment and supplies throughout the assignment.
- Follow assigned cleaning sections, project priorities, and instructions provided by POG leadership.
- Participate in quality-control inspections and promptly correct areas requiring additional attention.
- Maintain professional conduct while working around client personnel, customers, and facility operations.
- Follow all company, facility, and workplace safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facility-services experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify areas requiring additional cleaning.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cleaning team.
- Comfortable using vacuums, microfiber cleaning systems, dusting equipment, and standard commercial cleaning tools.
- Ability to safely handle cleaning products and follow chemical-use instructions.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to safely lift and move cleaning equipment or supplies when required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the project location.
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and communication.
- Professional appearance and conduct while representing Precision Operations Group at a client facility.
Compensation & Employment Type
Pay range: $15.00–$18.00 per hour
