Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
- Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, and facility issues
- Assist with preventative maintenance and special projects
- Work both independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and natural curiosity (“why and how” mindset)
- Ability to lift and move 75 lbs. on a regular basis
- Reliable, persistent, and solution-oriented attitude
- Previous maintenance, repair, or mechanical experience is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
