Duties
- Receive incoming shipments by accurately inspecting, recording, and verifying items using RF scanners and warehouse management software.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products according to order specifications, ensuring proper packaging for safe delivery.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Maintain precise inventory records through data entry into ERP systems such as our SM3 software , supporting stock accuracy and replenishment needs.
- Manage order fulfillment processes by efficiently picking items from shelves using order pickers and ensuring timely dispatch.
- Conduct stock counts and cycle counts to verify inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and facilitate accurate inventory management.
- Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to coordinate shipping schedules, ensure compliance with trade regulations, and optimize warehouse distribution workflows.
- Operate within compliance of our company Safety Policy and Code of Ethics
- Follow documented work procedures and willing to work in a flexible team environment
Skills
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP/MRP systems like our SM3 software, and inventory management software.
- Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and international trade regulations.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Excellent data entry skills combined with basic math abilities for accurate inventory tracking and order processing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for reporting and communication purposes.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as load & unload operations while maintaining safety standards.
- Exceptional customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively.
