Job Summary
As a Small Parcel Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely picking up and delivering small parcels to residential and commercial customers while providing excellent customer service and meeting delivery deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver small parcels safely and on time.
- Follow assigned delivery routes efficiently.
- Load, organize, and secure packages for transport.
- Use a smartphone and GPS navigation to complete deliveries.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.
- Obtain signatures or proof of delivery when required.
- Maintain accurate delivery records.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
- Represent yourself in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean driving record.
- Reliable, clean, and insured vehicle with minimal cosmetic damage. (Must provide photos, proof of vehicle registration, and proof of insurance.)
- Smartphone with GPS capability.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Must successfully pass a drug screening.
- Must consent to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous courier, delivery, rideshare, or logistics experience is a plus but not required.

Independent Contractor Notice
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Drivers are responsible for providing and maintaining their own vehicle, valid driver's license, vehicle registration, insurance, and any other equipment necessary to perform delivery services.
