multiple departments to maximize productivity. This individual will play a
critical leadership role in Human
Resources (HR), Administration, Information Technology (IT), and Finance,
ensuring that PMB’s operational infrastructure supports the company’s strategic
goals in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
Operational Efficiency & Process
Improvement
- Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to uphold operational excellence.
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance internal capacity.
- Ensure that all operational activities remain on time and within
budget.
- Oversee inventory management to optimize resource allocation.
- Manage data collection and update key performance metrics to
achieve productivity targets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance proprietary
tools and systems.
- Eliminate operational errors and improve customer service through data-driven decision-making
- Identify cost-saving opportunities to increase operational
efficiency.
Team Leadership & Workforce
Management
- Oversee the HR, Finance, IT, and Administration departments,
ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead, motivate, and support a remote team in a time-sensitive
and demanding environment.
- Develop career growth plans for direct reports and facilitate performance management.
- Resolve team challenges and foster a culture of trust, inclusion,
and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, policies, and
operational standards.
- Act as a key liaison between departments to streamline internal
processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration,
Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related
field (Master’s preferred).
- 3 years of experience in operations management.
- Proven experience overseeing finance, technology, HR, and
administration departments.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Expertise in process improvement, budgeting, and data analysis.
