Role Description
As a Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will oversee and optimize day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities to ensure quality production and efficiency. This role is responsible for ensuring the right materials, people, priorities, and processes are aligned so production runs efficiently and predictably. Responsibilities include production planning, managing manufacturing processes, coordinating operations, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Carlsbad, CA.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Manufacturing Operations and Manufacturing Operations Management
- Proven skills in Production Planning and workflow optimization
- Experience in Operations Management, including resource allocation and process improvement
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
- Experience with ERP systems
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
- Technical familiarity with electronics assembly or instrumentation manufacturing.
