Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description
All applicants must successfully pass a drug test and if hired will be subject to an E-Verification screening.
Schedule:
The current work schedule is 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM Monday - Thursday. Subject to change at discretion of employer according to production.
Job Summary
o Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
o Clean work area daily to promote organization and to prevent clutter & injuries.
o Ability to be versatile and assist in any department that is in need.
Essential Functions of Job
o Retrieve new pallets/carts for the machine operator.
o Stack parts when completed on to pallets or carts.
o Place the correct labels on the pallets or carts.
o Band or wrap pallet or carts once order is completed.
o Assure good quality throughout a cycle run.
o Sand edges/tabs on parts in the router department.
o Assist the operator by measuring parts when they come off the machine.
o Sort parts that are out of spec. to go to the holding area.
o Glue up application.
Education and Qualifications
o No previous experience needed. Training program available.
o Able to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
o Constant standing. frequent walking, reaching, pushing, pulling, and bending at waist.
o Able to read and understand shop tags.
o Able to read a caliper and tape measure.
o Availability to work overtime hours as need arises.
o High school diploma required.
