Event Representative Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact between customers and our partners, ensuring clear, effective, face-to-face communication
- Execute donor sign-ups, drive sales, and close transactions while providing outstanding customer service
- Represent charity and brand partners with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Handle community inquiries with a friendly and inviting approach to facilitate a smooth sales process
- Provide feedback from direct customer interactions to account managers, helping refine sales and outreach strategies
- Continuously absorb training materials, industry knowledge, and current trends to enhance your sales techniques and overall effectiveness
Event Representative Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in customer service, marketing, sales, fundraising, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
