We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to oversee leasing operations and help drive occupancy goals for a dynamic property portfolio. In this role, you will support prospective residents or tenants throughout the leasing process, maintain strong relationships with current occupants, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive experience from first contact through move-in and beyond.

• Manage the full leasing process, including inquiries, property tours, applications, approvals, and move-ins.
• Respond promptly and professionally to prospective resident or tenant questions.
• Present property features, amenities, pricing, and lease terms clearly and accurately.
• Track leasing activity, occupancy trends, and market conditions to support strategic decisions.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to help achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of applications, lease documents, renewals, and related communications.
• Coordinate with property operations, marketing, maintenance, and accounting teams as needed.
• Support resident retention efforts through proactive communication and renewal outreach.
• Ensure leasing practices comply with company policies, applicable regulations, and fair housing requirements.
• Assist with team training, performance coaching, and process improvement initiatives when appropriate.

• Previous experience in leasing, property management, sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using leasing, CRM, or property management software systems.
• Demonstrated professionalism, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of fair housing principles and lease administration best practices.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
