Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure your community’s operations run as smoothly as possible.
• Display a driven desire and passion to give residents a better living experience.
• Provide guidance when residents have any problems, remain calm and use good judgment to find solutions.
• Relate well to all types of personalities.
• Share priorities with your team to make sure they follow protocol and keep residents loving their community life.
• Set goals to challenge your team, while also holding yourself accountable for their success.
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain high occupancy, retain residents, and increase net operating income.

Experience:

• 2 years of management experience preferred
• Expert time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced work environment
• Proven ability to manage budgets, proactively solve problems, and motivate a team to outstanding performance
• Yardi experience preferred
