Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure your community’s operations run as smoothly as possible.
- Display a driven desire and passion to give residents a better living experience.
- Provide guidance when residents have any problems, remain calm and use good judgment to find solutions.
- Relate well to all types of personalities.
- Share priorities with your team to make sure they follow protocol and keep residents loving their community life.
- Set goals to challenge your team, while also holding yourself accountable for their success.
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain high occupancy, retain residents, and increase net operating income.
Experience:
- 2 years of management experience preferred
- Expert time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced work environment
- Proven ability to manage budgets, proactively solve problems, and motivate a team to outstanding performance
- Yardi experience preferred
