SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM, Monday–Friday
- Pay: $20 /hour based on experience
- Team size: 3–4 direct reports

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead a small production team, setting the standard for quality, accuracy, and accountability on every job
- Ensure hardware counts are consistently correct and operators are meeting quality expectations
- Stay one step ahead — gather work orders, parts, and materials to keep the next job ready to go
- Maintain organized hardware inventory and keep stock counts accurate and up to date
- Read and interpret blueprints to verify hardware requirements before work begins
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable in a production environment
- Strong attention to detail — you catch things others miss, and you care about getting it right
- Excellent organizational skills; you can manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Ability to read and work from blueprints or technical drawings
- Clear, respectful communication — you work well with people at all levels
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related environment is a plus, but not required
