We are looking for a Production and Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role involves assembling medical devices according to detailed specifications, ensuring product quality through inspections, and efficiently packaging items for shipment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble product components following clear instructions and specifications.
- Utilize computer workstations to generate shipping labels, verify addresses, and update order statuses in the system.
- Inspect and report product defects or assembly issues.
- Perform visual quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring product quality and safety.
- Package assembled products securely, adhering to company guidelines and customer requirements.
- Accurately label packages with product details and barcodes.
- Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Basic computer literacy required for navigating shipping interfaces and printing labels.
- Physical capability to lift and move products/materials (up to 50 lbs).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- This position is based in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- The role involves standing, bending, and repetitive motions.
Hours:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Payroll runs twice a month.
This position plays a key role in ensuring that products are assembled correctly and delivered to customers in excellent condition, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and the success of the company.
