Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties
- Answer 100-150 calls per day.
- Manage accounts and track shipments.
- Collaborate with dispatching teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Assist in transportation planning by coordinating with internal teams to optimize routes and schedules.
- Leverage GIS tools to provide customers with real-time updates on their shipments.
- Resolve any issues or complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly within the logistics or transportation industry, is preferred.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with customers and team members.
- Experience with dispatching or transportation planning will be considered an asset.
- Proficiency in using software tools related to logistics operations is highly desirable.
