$15–$20/hour, based on experience and work ethic | Full-time, seasonal to start
Precision Lawn Care KY is a growing, family-owned lawn care company serving the Frankfort area. We're adding Crew Members to our team, you won't be locked into one role. We need people willing to learn and work across mowing, landscaping, and fertilization/weed control as the job requires.
Responsibilities:
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing on residential and commercial properties
- Assist with landscape installs and maintenance, including plant beds and mulch
- Support our fertilization and weed control program as you're trained and certified
- Operate equipment safely, including mowers, hand tools, and truck/trailer setups
- Communicate professionally with clients on-site
- Work as part of a multiple-person crew, taking direction and pulling your weight
Qualifications:
- No experience required, we train the right person who shows up ready to work and learn
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather, lift and carry equipment and materials
- Willingness to learn multiple areas of the business, not just one task
Schedule: Monday–Friday, some weekends. 35 hours/week, weather dependent. Seasonal to start, with year-round potential for the right person.
