Since 1979, Precision Landscape Services has been delighting clients with exceptional landscape solutions. The company is looking to bring on a growth-minded Landscape Installation/Construction Manager. He or She will be responsible for setting up appointments to visit with clients (sales), writing up agreements/contracts, overseeing the projects (project management) and managing the day-to-day operations of the division. Applicant must have an Oregon Landscape Construction Professional (LCP) license to apply for this position. Must have past experience in this type of position. The required hours will be 40 hours/week (flexible work schedule). The total compensation will include base salary, commissions (no cap), and an annual bonus (no cap). The target for annual compensation is over $100,000.
Responsibilities:
Strong sales experience / Customer relations
Experience with landscape design commercial and residential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage multiple projects / crews
Good leadership and motivational skill to empower employees
Project management experience, overseeing multiple projects and crews
Strong organizational skills and work ethic
Self-motivated in keeping up with your daily work schedule

Requirements:
Oregon Landscape Construction Professional (LCP) License
4 years of landscape construction management experience
3 years of direct people management experience
3 years of sales quota responsibility (preferably at least $600,000 of annual sales)
Must have a valid driver's license for use of a company vehicle
Desired:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience with residential and commercial projects
