Immediate openings for Sales Arborist on our tree crew! Precision has been in the tree business for over 40 years and is looking to expand! Work as part of a team in a fast paced outdoor setting.
Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Arborist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tree care and management, with the ability to provide expert advice on tree health and maintenance. This role involves direct interaction with clients, requiring excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to sales. As an Arborist, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services while ensuring the health and safety of trees in our community.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of trees to determine health, risks, and necessary treatments.
- Provide expert recommendations for tree care, including pruning, fertilization, pest control, and removal.
- Engage in direct sales activities to promote arboricultural services, including outside sales and cold calling potential clients.
- Manage existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities
- Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and client interactions for effective account management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- ISA Certified Arborist - Required
- Clean driving record - Required
- Previous involvement in tree industry (production or sales) - Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Required
- Experience with Arborgold software - Preferred
