Precision Industrial Machine, Inc is seeking experienced CNC Lathe Machinists for a full-time day shift position.
The position requires hands-on experience with Mazak CNC lathes and Mazatrol controls, including the ability to independently program, set up, and operate the machine.
Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate Mazak CNC lathes using Mazatrol controls
- Perform conversational programming at the machine
- Set up tooling, workholding, offsets and fixtures
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Determine proper feeds, speeds, and tooling
- Machine parts from prints and manufacture replacement parts from samples
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and tolerance
- Troubleshoot machining and set up issues
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ CNC machining experience preferred
- Strong Experience with Mazak CNC Lathes required
- Mazatrol programming experience required
- Must be able to independently program, set up, and operate machine
- Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills
- General metalworking experience required
- Manual Machining Experience is a Plus
- MasterCam experience is a Plus
